jOpenSim 0.3.0.12 released

jOpenSim 0.3.0.12 is mostly a bugfix release to be now compatible with Joomla 3.6.5

New:

• More flexibility for custom background image of the map ... new values added for this in the global configuration

Fixed:

component jOpenSim:

• Maps stopped working due to new Google url's. jOpenSim comes now with it's own bubble script to avoid this in future
• When transferring jOpenSim to new servers, the global config could break the admin template completely

module jOpenSimAdmin:

• For same reason as above, the cpanel module could even cause the control panel to break and make logins in backend impossible

plugin jOpenSimRegister:

• last name control stopped working since Joomla 3.6.5 (thanks to halbo5 for pointing me to this)
