jOpenSim 0.3.1.5 released

jOpenSim 0.3.1.5 is released today, coming with a few new functions and lot of improvements:

com_opensim:
* new: maps working with leaflet
** added: leaflet map can show markers for events & classifieds
** added: leaflet maps work with custom marker icons per classified category
** added: possibility to hide classifieds per category and events
** added: search for region names and if enabled for events and classifieds
** added: leaflet map parameter to disable mouse wheel zoom
*** added: search results with icons
* fixed: refreshing multiple maps always returned 0 maps refreshed
* fixed: maps displayed TP links for a HG linked region, is now hidden
* added: toggle all checkbox to refresh all maps
* fixed: partnering showed all HG friends as "unknown" ... they are now invisible for partnering
* fixed: get rid of some deprecated notices in php7
* fixed: buy inworld currency button in inworld accound should not get displayed when option is set off in global config

mod_opensim_gridstatus:
* new: param not to count HG linked regions
* fixed: collation problem with older OpenSim DB

mod_opensim_regions:
* new: param to hide HG linked regions

plg_user_jopensimregister:
* fixed: when account activation was set to admin, plugin enabled account already after user just verified the email address
* new: possibility to deny same firstname and lastname (mostly these are spammers)
* new: possibility to sync user status when admin blocks/unblocks Joomla account
* new: possibility to sync inworld password when users Joomla password is changed

Also first steps have been made to be Joomla4 compatible
