jOpenSim 0.3.2.0 released

jOpenSim 0.3.2.0 released today (2020-10-11)
IMPORTANT: this version requires changes in your OpenSim.ini. See jOpenSim wiki HowTo for a quick overview.
This also the reason, why this version will not update as usual with the Joomla updater. Too fast clicking on update without reading about the changes would result in a broken jOpenSim installation
If you also have jOpenSimPayPal in use, you will need to update this component as well
jOpenSim also comes with 2 new features:
* the debug logfile can now be moved outside the webserver (if writable by the webserver)
* when using jOpenSimMoney, you now can define a seperate starting balance for HG users
