Agreement for Vivox �Free Virtual World Voice Service� 

Service is provided on an as-is basis, with the following stipulations: 
. No technical or developer support shall be provided to Customer 
. No Service Level Availability (SLA) guarantee shall be provided to Customer 
. No capacity guarantee shall be provided to Customer 
. No Vivox premium voice features shall be provided to Customer 
. No guarantee of functionality shall be provided to Customer 
. Customer agrees not to share or divulge any information provided by Vivox, such as server access information and credentials, to or with any third-party
. Vivox may terminate access to Service by Customer if Vivox proprietary information is disclosed
. Vivox may terminate access to Service if usage by Customer is deemed abusive after good-faith efforts are made to reconcile perceived abuses

Services provided shall be made available to Customer at no cost, in other words �free�, under the condition that Customer shall make a best effort to periodically report quality and usage metrics to Vivox.
