Creating Default Avatars.

Well, I have been searching the forum and any of the topics I've found are at least 10 years old. As well, the forum seems a bit dead the past couple of months. I still have an unanswered question from a few weeks ago. Usually foto50 gets back to me in a couple of days. I have to assume he's been busy and has not had much time to devote to the forums.
Anyhow, I am trying to create default avatars for the jOpenSim web interface. From what I gather, you need to create an avatar, grab its UUID, place a photo into "jOpensim\images\jopensim\avatars" with the UUID. I did that with a test avatar. No selectable avatar showed up on the web page. Therefore I believe I am missing a few steps. Is there a guide out there, anyone have any instructions?

what you wrote is correct, next you have to open register plugin and select avatars to display
